Cancellation policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send an email to: support@velleami.com
with an unambiguous statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
Consequences of revocation:
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments, including delivery costs, promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive your notification of cancellation.
For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction.
Exclusion of the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal does not apply to individually made or personalized jewelry.
Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via our online shop.

trading under the name Vellé Ami
3. Conclusion of contract
By placing the products in our online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. The contract is concluded when you complete the order process and receive an order confirmation via email.
4. Prices and shipping costs
All prices are final prices in euros, including VAT (where applicable). Shipping costs are shown during checkout.
5. Delivery
Delivery is available worldwide (if offered). Delivery times vary depending on the destination.
6. Payment
Payment is made using the payment methods offered in the shop (e.g. PayPal, credit card, Klarna).
7. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
8. Warranty
The statutory liability for defects applies.
9. Dispute resolution

We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings.
Shipping policies
We ship worldwide (if available in the shop). Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Return instructions
You can return unworn items within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us in advance at support@velleami.com. Please don't return the items, before you didn't get in touch with our support team.
Custom-made or personalized products are excluded from exchange unless defective.
We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.
